Розглянуто особливості розрахунку кутового кроку зубів інструменту другого порядку, а так само їх розташування, для обробки заготовок з нерівномірним кроком зубів. Представлена методика розрахунку, яка дозволяє залежно від величини нерівномірності і деяких інших параметрів легко розрахувати кути між зубами на ріжучому інструменті. Показаний принцип розбивки зубів по кроці в залежності від різного числа зубів.Purpose. To get uneven tooth pitch of saws it necessary to solve the problem of manufacturing special tools of the second order. Such an instrument will be disc shaped cutter. This cutter must also have an uneven tooth pitch. Design/methodology/approach. As practice shows disc shaped cutter with uneven tooth pitch can handle saws with the required quality parameters and without much difficulty. Due to the uneven of angular pitch of the disc shaped cutter is no longer necessary to manufacture cutting tools with different profiles of teeth. This simplifies the manufacture of the tool. This article describes the features of the calculation of the angular pitch of the teeth of the second-order tool, as well as their location, for workpieces with uneven tooth pitch. Findings. The technique of calculation that is shown in this article, depending on the uneven tooth pitch, and several other parameters allows easily calculate the angles between the teeth of the cutting tool. Also shows the principle of breakdown of the teeth by step according to the different number of teeth. Originality/value. This method allows to calculate the parameters of the instrument for its manufacture and use in actual production conditions.Рассмотрены особенности расчета углового шага зубьев инструмента второго порядка, а также их расположения, для обработки заготовок с неравномерным шагом зубьев. Представлена методика расчета, которая позволяет в зависимости от величины неравномерности и некоторых других параметров рассчитать углы между зубьями на режущем инструменте.
