Abstract
The purpose of this article is to analyze the approach of Contemporary Literature to Communication from the book South of Veronica Stigger (2016). Through fictitious magazines covers created by the NGO Catapult, which circulated across the digital space and show the different forms of violence to which women all over the world are subjected, it was sought to emphasize that Literature, Linguistics and Communication are concerned with this social problem. For this, we used the theoretical contribution of Giorgio Agamben (2012; 2013), Stuart Hall (2005; 2016) and other scholars of Letters, Communication and issues related to violence against women.O objetivo deste artigo é analisar a aproximação da Literatura Contemporânea com a Comunicação a partir do livro Sul de Veronica Stigger (2016). Por meio de capas de revistas fictícias criadas pela ONG Catapult, que circularam pelo espaço digital e evidenciam as diversas formas de violência pelas quais mulheres por todo o mundo são submetidas, buscou-se ressaltar que a Literatura, a Linguística e a Comunicação preocupam-se com esse problema social. Para isso, utilizou-se o aporte teórico de Giorgio Agamben (2012; 2013), Stuart Hall (2005; 2016) e outros estudiosos das Letras, da Comunicação e de questões relacionadas à violência contra a mulher
