Abstract
Předkládaná bakalářská práce je analýzou přírodních, technických a sociálních podmínek ve městě Jirkov. Zaměřena je konkrétně na centrum města s přilehlým panelovým sídlištěm. Obsahuje hodnocení aspektů, které tuto lokalitu ovlivňují, analýzu a třídění územnětechnických, architektonických a urbanistických problémů, návrhy projektů a dílčích opatření směřující k jejich řešení a celkovému zvýšení kvality životaThis thesis provides analysis of natural, technical and social conditions in the city of Jirkov. It is specifically focused on the city centre and the adjacent panel housing estate. The paper evaluates aspects which have impact on this area, it analyses and classifies planning, architectonic and urban issues, suggests projects and partial measures to reach solutions for these issues and for increasing the overall quality of life
