Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem mezi motivací a pracovním výkonem. Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza motivace k pracovnímu výkonu ve vybraném podniku a současně návrh praktických doporučení pro zlepšení, se zaměřením pozornosti na několik klíčových oblastí. Teoretická část práce vystihuje hlavní stanoviska k problematice a vysvětluje klíčové pojmy týkající se motivace a pracovního výkonu, zejména motivační teorie a výkonové motivace. Praktická část se opírá o teoretické poznatky, předkládá a hodnotí výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Závěr bakalářské práce předkládá zjištění týkající se úrovně motivace zaměstnanců a také nejúčinnějších motivačních faktorů v souladu s teoretickými východisky - motivačními teoriemi.Bachelor's thesis deals with relation between motivation and work performance. The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is the analysis of motivation to work performance in chosen enterprise and making a practical suggestion for improvement as well, with concentration on several key fields. The theoretical part characterizes the main issue statements and explains key terms related with motivation and work performance, especially theories of motivation and performance motivation. The practical part of the thesis is based on theoretical findings, it presents and evaluates results of the questionnaire survey. Conclusion of the thesis presents positive findings regard to employee motivation level and also the most effective motivation factors in agreement with the theoretical basis - motivational factors
