Abstract
Práce se zabývá analýzou legislativních dokumentů a odborné literatury. Sleduje rámec východisek a možností financování moderních výukových technologií ve volnočasových aktivitách. Cílem práce je vytvoření modelu financování centra volnočasových aktivit technického směru s orientací na získávání finančních prostředků z veřejných zdrojů. Práce zahrnuje poznatky z aplikace konkrétního projektového záměru aktivity určené pro rozvoj technického myšlení, znalostí a dovedností u žáků druhého stupně základních škol. Uveden je příklad uskutečnění soutěžní aktivity Technické hry s aplikací na podmínky spádové oblasti okresního charakteru a využitím varianty soutěže s mezinárodní účastí.This thesis deals with the analysis of legislative documents and technical literature. It defines the scope of resources and possibilities of financing of modern educational technology in leisure activities. The goal is to create a model of financing centers of leisure activities technical direction with a focus on raising funds from public resources. The thesis includes knowledge of application specific project plan activities for the development of technical thinking, knowledge and skills among students of primary school.
