Electronic discovery (e-discovery) is something that impacts everyone, whether they know if or not, because it deals with the proper collection, preservation, analysis and production of evidence in digital form. This presentation will concentrate on civil cases, but e-discovery is also important in criminal cases as well as other types of audits and investigations. For example, see Clark v.
