This research project deals with the production distribution and consumption of information products and services. From its own definition of information it follows to stress the relation of information and knowledge in a new theoretical framework that has been proposed as a part of the research. Its is the information distribution and assimilation which is said to create value to any information structure trough the generation of knowledge. But it is pointed that is processed and stored information the source of economic and political power which determines the real flow of information to society
