Your participation in these dynamic and participatory spaces have been more active in recent years, which is displayed on the World Wide Web using various tools such as blogs, Twitter, Youtube, Facebook, Issue, Scribds, Slideshare, Picassa and Pearltrees, among others.

This requires that each library make the decision and make a plan that allows you to organize in a more coordinated way. Although we are aware of the rise of library 2.0, we also know that this does not guarantee the success of a library management
