This study aims to describe the analysis of dialect phonology Lampung A (Api) and dialect
O (Nyo). The study is expected to maintain the cultural heritage as well as coaching,
development, and standardization of local languages and language Lampung National. Themethod used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Lampung language dialects A
and O as the object of its study, the analysis looks at the differences between dialect A and
dialect O Lampung language based on grammar the vowels and consonants. A dialect is a
language of the coastal community of speakers, while speakers of a language is a dialect O
non-coastal communities. From the analysis, dialect O (nyou) is more easily understood
and more vocabulary which can be studied because of their geography wider than the
speakers of dialect A (Api)
