Indonesian architecture was become of building variety by the locality. Mosque in Java is one of varietes Indonesian architecture, that is islamic civilation symbolist. The Kraton Yogyakarta great Mosque is one of Java islamic architecture variety. The great mosque specification becomes important part of Yogyakarta palace. That is interisting research object. That mosque structure building can support until now, with the performance is beautifull and full of art value. The structure must be care and good maintain.
This research aim will explore to the structure of islamic Java mosque variety. Quality research methode with historical, culture and religious approach that will be used in this research. Analays by logical argumentation will be done. The result show are in the six pattern of structure have a sikritism culture, which are Islamic, Javanese, Hinduism Budhism, and Kolonial, that shows in the structure decorative.
