Abstract

In this paper, industry and academia partnership models are given. Two successful industry and academia partnership examples operating internationally in iron steel industry, which are ASPPRC from USA and POSCO-POSTECH from Sourth Korea, are examined. Information about evaluation of their own partnerships, supports taken and functioning mechanisms are presented. Success requirements on partnership activities and measures needed in continuity of successes are assessed. The suggestions are proposed to able build smilar “operating” organisations like in the sample
