TPP Fuel Characteristic – Objective Index of Its Cycle Economy

Abstract

The paper presents a methodology and an example how to calculate thermo-dynamically  justified specific consumer of reference fuel at combined generation of heat and electric power. The methodology is based on an analytical generalization of mode diagrams of the turbine which installed at the TPP.While calculating self-cost the paper proposes to exclude a conditional division of the equipment into heat- or electric power generating one and heat tariff calculation is carried out on the basis of a market price for electric power
