The paper presents on the beginning the main general criteria and also the main specific criteria used for an appropriate understanding of small or medium sized organizations’ life cycle. After that, we develop with a lot of important details the eight phases of the small or medium sized organizations’ life cycle.Small or medium sized organizations’ life cycle; the documentation phase; the starting point; the development of the business; the strengthening phase; the enlargement of the business; the “top” of the business (maturity); the declining of the business; the business withdrawal.
