ENTRY OF BANK FOREIGN CAPITAL IN DEVELOPING ECONOMIES: MEASURING PROFIT & COST EFFICIENCY

Abstract

The paper aims at acknowledging the efficiency effects of bank privatization upon the entry of strategic foreign investor. Thus, a broad experience from the developing countries is reviewed.
