El docente universitario como agente de dinamización intercultural y la administración de la educación (The collage teacher as dynamizing intercultural agent and the administration of the education)

Abstract

El objetivo primordial del presente ensayo es el proporcionar una base conceptual que colabore al estudio y comprensión del tópico alusivo a la enseñanza-aprendizaje de pregrado, lo anterior inscrito dentro del marco de la pluralidad intercultural, la cual es definida por factores de tipo movilidad migratoria, sociales, culturales, lingüísticos, ideológicos, adaptabilidad, familiares, gestión del tiempo libre y de ocio, entre otros. Al respecto, el documento intenta responder a preguntas como ¿Qué son los centros educativos como organizaciones? ¿Hacia dónde hay que orientar su reestructuración? ¿Cuál es la importancia de la gestión educativa en un escenario de competencia global? para luego acercarse a definir el rol que puedan jugar los profesores en las instituciones educativas. The fundamental objective of this paper is to provide a conceptual basis that supports the study and understanding of the topic of the predegree education-learning, prior to the enrolment within the framework of the intercultural plurality, which is defined by factors such as migratory mobility, social, cultural, linguistic, ideological, adaptability, relatives, management of the free time and leisure, among others. This document intends to respond questions such as: in what aspects do the educative centers look like the organizations? In what dirrection sholud they be reestructured? Waht is the relevance of the educative management in the sence of global competition? The findings will help define the roll that the professors play in the educative institutions
