2 Monday, December 15, 2014 10:20 AM - 10:40 AMMoscone West3006Forests respond non-linearly to changes in clouds, radiative balance, climate, andatmospheric chemistry, providing strong feedbacks in terms of modified fluxes of heat,water vapor, CO , and biogenic gases. This paper analyzes more than a decade of eddyflux and biometric observations in a central Amazon forest, and compares to other sites inthe region. The time series of observations is used to partition changes in ecosystemfluxes in terms of basic responses of the ecosystem to environmental forcing as well asinternal changes to the ecosystem.
