En esta comunicación, no vamos ofrecer el desarrollo teórico de una investigación, nuestro trabajo consistirá simplemente en dar cuenta de una experiencia concreta: la del movimiento social de los barrios del área de Bilbao la Vieja. Especialmente en la evolución de su estructura, y como ha afectado esto a la identificación del conflicto, nivel de cohesión interna y acción colectiva. Haremos especial reseña de los proyectos en materia de desarrollo local y fomento de empleo que lleva adelante la Asociación de Vecinos de San Francisco. No podemos, sin embargo, evitar ofrecer un esbozo de interpretación de los hechos consistente en evidenciar la interacción mutua entre la maduración de la estructura y las acciones.Komunikazio honetan ez dugu ikerketa baten garapen teorikoa eskaini behar, gure lanak, besterik gabe, esperientzia zehatz baten berri emango du: Bilbo Zaharra eskualdeko auzoen gizarte mugimenduari dagokiona. Our work will simply consist of divulging a concrete experience: that of the social organisations in certain quarters of the Old Bilbao. Especially in the evolution of its structure, and how this has affected the identification of the conflict, the level of internal cohesion and collective action. We shall also make a special review of the projects on local development matters and employment promotion carried out by Neighbours' Association of San Francisco.
