Medication Assisted Treatment Prescription Drug and Opioid Addiction (MAT Iowa) Year One Annual Evaluation Report, September 2016

Abstract

In August 2015, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) awarded a three-year grant to the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) under the Targeted Capacity Expansion: Medication Assisted Treatment-Prescription Drug and Opioid Addiction (MAT-PDOA) program. The purpose of this grant is to broaden treatment services and infrastructure for evidence-based medication assisted treatment (MAT) services in Iowa.
