CAHAYA LESTARI PERMAI ABADI  Alfredo Tjipto Setiawan – 1501157713 Kevin- 1501157726   Abstrak  Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk memudahkan pihak perusahaan mengetahui jumlah produk yang cacat pada setiap periodenya. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif pada Acceptance Sampling dengan bantuan program Minitab 17 . Hasil dan Penelitian pada produk Homogenious Tile dengan skenario loosen, maka perusahaan perlu memeriksa sebanyak 3515 unit dengan cacat 19 unit cacat, biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp 1.562.593,00. Granite dengan skenario loosen perusahaan perlu memeriksa sebanyak 1855 unit dengan cacat 12 unit biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp 1.045.515,00. Pada Keramik Tile dengan skenario loosen, maka perusahaan perlu memeriksa sebanyak 6830 unit dengan cacat 32 unit, biaya yang dikeluarkan adalah sebesar Rp 3.177.862,00. Simpulan dan Saran Perusahaan disarankan untuk menerapkan metode Acceptance Sampling dalam menghitung jumlah produk cacat karena dengan menggunakan metode ini, ditemukan bahwa jumlah produk yang harus diperiksa jauh lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan jumlah produk keseluruhan, sehingga dapat menghemat waktu dan biaya pemeriksaan produk cacat. The research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive approach to the Acceptance Sampling with  Minitab 17 program. Results and Research on Homogenious Tile product  with Loosen scenario, companies need to examine as many as 3515 units with 19 units disabilities, costs Rp 1,562,593.00. Granite Loosen scenario companies need to check out as many as 1855 units with 12 units disability costs incurred Rp 1,045,515.00. At Ceramic Tile with Loosen scenario, companies need to examine as many as 6830 units with disabilities 32 units, the cost is Rp 3,177,862.00. Conclusions and Recommendations Companies are advised to implement Acceptance Sampling method in calculating the number of defective products due to the use of this method, it was found that the number of products to be inspected much less than the total number of products, so it can save time and cost of inspection of defective products.
