  دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان پزشکیدانشکده دندان پایان نامه: پزشکیدندان جهت دریافت درجه دکترا عنوان:در  کرمان بررسی میزان انطباق با (رعایت) پروتکل هاي بهداشتی در مطب و کلینیک هاي دندانپزشکی 1400در سال  19-خصوص بیماري کووید به راهنمایی اساتید ارجمند: مریم شریفیدکتر  دکتر رضیه شجاعی پور پژوهش و نگارش: وحید برزگر 1275 شماره پایان نامه:                                                  1399-1400سال تحصیلی:  چکیدهرعایت پروتکل هاي پیشگیري حفاظت فردي، تغییر در ساختارهاي فضایی داخل کلینیک  :مقدمه و هدفهاي دندانپزشکی و همچنین ضد عفونی تجهیزات و وسایل کار در حیطه دندانپزشکی در حین شیوع بیماري COVID-19   (از اهمیت ویژه اي برخوردار است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان انطباق با (رعایتدر سال  COVID-19در خصوص بیماري کرمان روتکل هاي بهداشتی در مطب و کلینیک هاي دندانپزشکی پ انجام شد. 1400به پرسشنامه  مشارکت) %85( نفر 300دندانپزشک  350در این مطالعه ي مقطعی از  مواد و روش کار:پرسشنامه ي پژوهشگرساخته شامل پاسخ دادند. این  فضاي مجازيپژوهشگرساخته از طریق لینک ارسال شده در سوال در  6سوال در حیطه ي میزان انطباق با پروتکل هاي بهداشتی،  9سوال بود که  22 و اطالعات دموگرافیکسوال مربوط به نحوه ي ارتباط با  5سوال در رابطه با ضدعفونی کردن سطوح و  2مورد پوشش کادر درمان،  آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه براي آنالیز آماري از آزمون هاي تی مستقل وبود. بیماران دندانپزشکی جهت کنترل کرونا  در نظر گرفته شد. 0,05استفاده شد. سطح معنی داري کمتر از  3/86درصد زن بودند.  3/56درصد از دندانپزشکان مرد و  7/43 تحلیلی، –در این مطالعه توصیفی یافته ها:سال داشتند. مدرك  45درصد باالي  7/2و  35-45در گروه سنی درصد  11، 25-35در گروه سنی  ددرصدرصد در مطب،  3/29درصد دکتراي تخصصی بود. محل کار  7/11درصد دکتراي عمومی و  3/88تحصیلی میانگین و انحراف معیار پاسخ ها به سواالت در ها در دانشکده بود.  درصد از آن 16درصد در کلینیک و  7/54 "رعایت پوشش کادر درمان"، حیطه ي9از  32/6 ± 78/1 "طباق با پروتکل هاي بهداشتیمیزان ان"حیطه ي تغییرات در ارتباط با "و حیطه ي  2از  74/1 ± 56/0 "ضدعفونی کردن سطوح "، حیطه ي  6از  57/4 ± 24/1 مد.به دست آ 5از  25/2 ± 34/1 "بیماران "، "میزان انطباق با پروتکل هاي بهداشتی "حیطه ي  4در این تحقیق نشان داد که دندانپزشکان  نتیجه گیري:به منظور پیشگیري  "تغییرات در ارتباط با بیماران "و  "رعایت پوشش کادر درمان "،"ضدعفونی کردن سطوحمیزان رعایت پروتکل هاي ارائه شده  از انتقال ویروس کرونا در حد متوسط تا خوب در شهر کرمان عمل کردند.دندانپزشکان با سن باالتر بیشتر از دندانپزشکان با سنین پایین و در دندانپزشکان متخصص بیشتر از دندانپزشکان در  عمومی بود. دندانپزشکی ، ویروس کرونا، پروتکل هاي بهداشتی :کلمات کلیدي        Abstract Introduction & aim: Adherence to personal protection prevention protocols, changes in the spatial structures inside dental clinics, as well as disinfection of dental equipment and tools in the field of COVID-19 disease has a of particular importance. The aim of this study was to investigate the extent of compliance with health protocols in Kerman offices and dental clinics for COVID-19 in 2020. Materials & Methods: In this cross-sectional study of 350 dentists, 300 (85% participation) answered the researcher-made questionnaire via a link sent in Instagram. This researcher-made questionnaire includes demographic information and 22 questions, of which 9 questions were in terms of compliance with health protocols, 6 questions were about the medical clothing, 2 questions were about disinfection of surfaces and 5 questions were about changes in communication with dental patients to control COVID-19. Independent t-test and one-way analysis of variance were used for statistical analysis. Significance level was considered less than 0.05. Results: In this descriptive-analytical study, 43.7% of dentists were male and 56.3% were female. 86.3% percent were in the 25-35 age group, 11% were in the 35-35, and 2.7% were over 45 years old. The degree of  88.3% were general doctorate and 11.7% were specialized doctorate. Workplace of 29.3% were in the office, 54.7% were in the clinic and 16% were in the college. Mean and standard deviation of the answers to the questions in the field of "compliance with health protocols" 6.32  ± 1.78 out of 9, in the field of "medical clothing" 4.57  ± 1.24 out of 6, in the field of "disinfection of surfaces" 1.74  ± 0.56 out of 2 and in the "changes in communication with patients" 2.25 ± 1.34 out of 5 were obtained. Conclusion: This study showed that dentists acted moderately to well in 4 fields of "compliance with health protocols", "disinfection of surfaces", "medical clothing" and "changes in communication with patients" in order to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 in the city of Kerman. The rate of adherence to the presented protocols was higher in older dentists than younger dentists and it was greater in specialist dentists than general dentists.
