3-3 14 .................................................................................................................................................................. فصل چهارم  14 ............................................................................................................................................................................... جينتا 22 .................................................................................................................................................................... فصل پنجم  22 ................................................................................................................................................... ی ریگ جهیبحث و نت 23 ........................................................................................................................................................ پژوهش  یها افتهي ریبحث و تفس -5-1 25 ............................................................................................................................................................................................. یریگ جه ینت -5-2 25 ................................................................................................................................................................................................شنهادات یپ -5-3 26 ............................................................................................................................................................... منابع و مآخذ    جداول فهرست  صفحه                                         عنوان  21 .................................................................................................................... پژوهش  یرهایبر حسب متغ ROP یفراوان -1-4جدول                             فارسی چکیده             اين پژوهش با هدف بررسی میزان فراواتی رتینوپاتی نوزادان نارس متولد شده در بیمارستان   زمینه و هدف: های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان انجام گرديد. جامعه  .بود  (Retrospective)و گذشته نگر   تحلیلی-اين پژوهش يک مطالعه ی توصیفی  مواد و روش ها:بیمارستان اموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان  نوزادان نارس متولد شده در ی آماری اين پژوهش کلیه ی مورد  SPSSاطالعات توسط نرم افزار  جمع آوری اطالعات از طريق فرم جمع آوری داده انجام گرفت. . بود تجزيه و تحلیل قرارگرفت. نفر مورد  219شرکت کننده مورد ارزيابی قرار گرفتند که از اين تعداد  963طی اين پژوهش تعداد  یافته ها:)  ROPقطعی  تغییر(.    744بودند  بدون  افراد  و  استیج صفر  نداشتند شامل  رتینوپاتی  % شرکت   8/59نفر % شرکت  9/70. % شرکت کنندگان دختر بودند  9/52هفته قرار داشتند.   28تا  26کنندگان در گروه سنی روز اکسیژن دريافت نمودند.  30تا  10% شرکت کنندگان بین  9/57گرم داشتند.  1000کنندگان وزن زير  % شرکت کنندگان چندقلو بودند. 80/7در حد متوسطی قرار دارد و سن بارداری پايین، وزن کم هنگام  ROPبا توجه به نتايج فراوانی  گیری:نتیجه.ژن با آن مرتبط می باشد، با اين حال انجام پژوهش های تکمیلی در حجم نمونه ی باالتر تولد و دريافت اکسی و بازه ی زمانی طوالنی تر توصیه می شود. رتینوپاتی نارسی، نوزادان نارس  کلیدواژه:                   چکیده انگلیسی           Abstract Background and Aim:  The aim of this study was to evaluate the frequency of retinopathy of preterm infants born in teaching hospitals of Kerman University of Medical Sciences .  Materials and Methods:  This study was a descriptive-analytical and retrospective study.  The statistical population of this study was all premature infants born in the teaching hospital of Kerman University of Medical Sciences.  Data collection was done through a data collection form.  Data were analyzed by SPSS software .  Results:  In this study, 963 participants were evaluated, of which 219 were definite ROP (744 had no retinopathy, including zero stage and unchanged).  59.8% of participants were in the age group of 26 to 28 weeks.  52.9% of participants were female.  70.9% of participants weighed less than 1000 grams.  57.9% of participants received oxygen between 10 and 30 days.  80.7% of participants were multiple.
