     انشگاه علوم پزشكي و خدمات بهداشتي درماني كرماند دانشكده پزشكي مهندس افضلي پور  پایان نامه : جهت دریافت درجه ی دكترای عمومي پزشكي   عنواندر  19-دیكوو یماریو ارتباط آن با ابتال به ب ومیپمصرف ا يفراوان يبررس 1400پور كرمان در سال  يافضل مارستانیب یبستر مارانیب  استاد راهنما  امین هنرمنددكتر    مشاور اساتید كامبیز بهاءالدین بیگي دكتر  لي گوهرییدكتر صدریه حاج اسمع   مؤلف پوریا پورسهرابي    1400 آذر   Kerman University of Medical Sciences And Health Systems   Thesis: To receive a doctorate in general medicine   Title Prevalence of opium usage and its correlation with COVID-19 in patients admitted to Kerman Afzalipour Hospital in 2021   Supervisor Dr. Amin Honarmand Advisors Dr. Kambiz Bahaadinbeigy   Dr. Sadrieh Hajesmaeel Gohari  By Pooria Poorsohrabi   December 2021     كیده فارسيچ، بحث زیادی پیرامون عوامل خطر ابتال و عوامل پیشگیری کننده در برابر این 19-با ظهور پاندمی کووید مقدمه:نقش آن در ابتال و بیماری نوظهور مطرح شده است. در این میان، مصرف مواد اپیوئیدی از جمله عواملی است این مواد در شهر کرمان و مطرح  همچنان نامشخص است. با توجه به شیوع باالی مصرف 19-سیر بیماری کوویدمصرف  یفراوان، در مطالعه حاضر به بررسی 19-شدن شایعاتی مبنی بر نقش بازدارنده آن در برابر بیماری کووید 1400پور کرمان در سال  یافضل مارستانیب یبستر مارانیدر ب 19-دیکوو یماریو ارتباط آن با ابتال به ب ومیپا پرداخته ایم.بر روی بیماران بستری بیمارستان افضلی پور کرمان  یشاهد-موردمطالعه حاضر بررسی  :اجرای تحقیق روشبیمار بستری در بخش  199به عنوان گروه مورد و  19-بیمار مبتال به کووید 200بود که طی آن  1400در سال مواد اپیوئیدی، سابقه ابتال به های غیرکووید به عنوان گروه شاهد از نظر خصوصیات دموگرافیک، سابقه مصرف  و سابقه واکسیناسیون و همچنین مارکرهای آزمایشگاهی مورد بررسی و مقایسه قرار گرفتند. 19-کوویدمتادون و  %4نمونه مورد پژوهش تریاک،  %34.8یافته های مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که به صورت کلی  نتایج:، سابقه واکسیناسیون، 19-د و شاهد از نظر سابقه ابتال به کوویدکردند. بین دو گروه مورشیره مصرف می 2.3%تفاوت  COPDسابقه مصرف مواد اپیوئیدی، نحوه مصرف مواد اپیوئیدی، بیماری های پرفشاری خون، سرطان و  ( از گروه مبتال به کووید%54معناداری وجود داشت. مصرف تریاک به طور معناداری در گروه غیر مبتال به کووید )(، اعتیاد OR=0.096متغیرهای سابقه واکسن )( بیشتر بود. رگرسیون لجستیک چندمتغیره نشان داد که 15.6%) CRPسطح  (،OR=1.486)سطح هموگلوبین  (،COPD (0.276=ORابتال به  (،OR=0.115به اپیوم )(1.040=OR،)  سطحCPK (1.007=OR بودند. 19( تببین کننده ابتال به کووید   همراه  19-دیابتال به کوو یبرابر 0.115با شانس  اکیمطالعه حاضر نشان داد که مصرف ترنتیجه گیری: بحث و  رانهیشگینقش پ نییانجام مطالعات گسترده تر جهت تب یمطالعه حاضر و مطالعات قبل یها افتهیاست. با توجه به  است. ازیمورد ن 19-دیکوو یماریب ریبر ابتال و س یدیوئیمواد اپ  کرمان – 19-کووید –اعتیاد  –تریاک  –اپیوم  واژگان كلیدی:   Abstract Background: With the outburst of the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been debate regarding risk factors and preventative factors against this emerging disease. Among them, opioid use and its role in the development and course of COVID-19 is still unclear. Due to the high use prevalence of these substances in Kerman and rumors about its preventive role against COVID-19, the present study investigated the frequency of opium use and its association with COVID-19 in patients admitted to Kerman Afzalipour Hospital in 2021.    Methods: The present study was a case-control study on patients admitted to Afzalipour Hospital in Kerman in 2021 in which 200 patients with COVID-19 as the case group and a number of 199 patients admitted to non-COVID wards as the control group were investigated in terms of demographic characteristics, history of opioid use, history of COVID-19 infection and history of vaccination as well as laboratory markers were evaluated and compared.   Results: Findings of the present study showed that in general, 34.8% of the sample used opium, 4% methadone and 2.3% opium extract. There was a significant difference between case and control groups in terms of history of COVID-19 infection, history of vaccination, history of opioid use, method of opioid use, hypertension, cancer and COPD. Opium use was significantly higher in non-COVID group (54%) than in the COVID group (15.6%). Multivariate logistic regression showed that the variables of vaccine history (OR = 0.096), opium addiction (OR = 0.115), COPD (OR = 0.276), hemoglobin level (OR = 1.486), CRP level (OR = 1.040), level CPK (OR = 1.007) was indicative of COVID-19 infection.  Conclusion: The present study showed that opium use was associated with a 0.115-fold chance of developing COVID-19. According to the findings of the present study and previous studies, more extensive studies are needed to explain the preventive role of opioids in the development and course of COVID-19 disease.
