钩虫(hookworm)是钩口科线虫的统称，是重要的人兽共患寄生虫。成虫寄生于肠道吸食血液，破坏粘膜，严重寄生会造成严重贫血，是世界范围内缺铁性贫血的主因，儿童感染钩虫后会造成发育迟缓。 为了解犬钩虫中DAF-12、DAF-19、DAF-21，mex-3的功能，我们对犬钩虫的daf-12B、daf-19、daf-21基因进行了克隆并和mex-3基因一起进行表达鉴定。获得的cDNA片段大小分别为571bp(daf-12B)、570bp(daf-19)、468bp(daf-21)。将测序正确的片段构建到原核表达载体上，并转化到大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)中用IPTG诱导表达，通过SDS-PAGE分...Hookworms are nematodes belonging to the family Ancylostomatidae, they are important intestinal parasitic nematodes.
