We present particle spectra for charged hadrons π±,K±,p and pˉ from pp collisions at s=200GeVmeasuredforthefirsttimeatforwardrapidities(2.95and3.3).Thekinematicsofthesemeasurementsareskewedinawaythatprobesthesmallmomentumfractioninoneoftheprotonsandlargefractionsintheother.Largeprotontopionratiosareobservedatvaluesoftransversemomentumthatextendupto4GeV/c,whereprotonshavemomentaupto35GeV.Next−to−leadingorderperturbativeQCDcalculationsdescribetheproductionofpionsandkaonswellattheserapidities,butfailtoaccountforthelargeprotonyieldsandsmall\bar{p}/p$ ratios associated with baryon transport
