La calidad del empleo en el Uruguay 1984-2003

Abstract

This paper considers bad quality employments to those that have some limitation and need some kind of change. Reviews different approaches from Marx to the ILO definition of decent work, analyses the evolution of bad quality employment in Uruguay and proposes some policies to achieve a better situation.employment quality, Uruguay
