OVERALL STATUS
The major effort of the program is suspended pending the initial
receipt of S-192 computer compatible tapes and associated radiometrically
corrected film imagery from EREP Mission SL-2. During this reporting
period revisions were made to the computer program which generates sta-
tistics on surface water features. This revision permits the software
to be used for both aircraft and satellite acquired scanner data.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ACTION
There are no recommendations beyond those made in previous reports.
EXPECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS DURING THE NEXT PERIOD
We will await the receipt of computer compatible tapes currently
on order and will assess subsequent processing plans and analysis based
upon the receipt of these tapes and additional products from the EREP
Mission SL-3. The computer program referred to above will be tested.
SIGNIFICANT RESULTS
None to report.
SUMMARY OUTLOOK
The remaining processing and analysis to be performed constitutes
the major effort of the program.
TRAVEL SUMMARY AND OUTLOOK
No travel has been undertaken or is anticipated for the forthcoming
period.
