Data analysis for the Pioneer-Venus electric field detector

Abstract

Research on plasma waves observed in the ion foreshock at Venus and on the impulsive bursts observed in the nightside ionosphere was performed. Some results from the ion foreshock, wave polarization, and the dependence on magnetic field orientation studies are described. An analysis of data acquired using 4096 BPS data is also presented
