Abstract

Many of Xenopol's studies, articles and economic papers fully prove his permanent interest in this area, so important for the life of a country. By means of the measures suggested, he intended to give a new orientation to the economic development of agriculture, industry and commerce in the financial-banking field as a premise for the growth of the people's living standard, but also as a necessary condition for the political and cultural progress.
