HUMAN NEEDS OF EMPLOYEES OF SELECTED GOVERNMENT FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

This study assessed the human needs of employees in selected government financial institutions. Human needs were categorized into three areas such as existence needs, relatedness needs, and growth needs.
