Import 06/11/2014Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sdružení bez právní subjektivity. Věnuje se problematice podnikání ve sdružení z hlediska daní a práva. V praktické části je provedeno srovnání právní úpravy po rekodifikace týkající se sdružení bez právní subjektivity a zaměření se na daňovou povinnost účastníků.This Bachelor thesis focuses on the issues linked to the association without legal subjectivity. It deals with the business issues of the association from the point of view of taxes and law.
