Study on the Slope Failure Induced by Seepage Flow with Sand-box Experiment

Abstract

本研究係藉由砂箱試驗,以兩種均勻粒徑砂粒堆積成四種不同坡度之邊坡,由不同入滲水頭高度模擬地下滲流對邊坡破壞之影響,並藉此探討崩滑土砂與滲流水結合形成土石流之可能性。其結果如下: 1、均勻試料邊坡受滲流作用而破壞多呈圓弧形崩滑面。而坡面流失之體 積與坡面滲出之流量呈冪次關係。 2、利用因次分析,可求得單位寬土砂流失量(Vs)、滲流線坡度( sinθi)、滲流線之滲出點高度(h)、土砂之孔隙率(n)之關係 式為 ln(Vs/h^2)=3.90+2.50*ln(sinθi)+1.81*ln(n) 相關係數R=0.813。 3、孔隙率(n)較大之邊坡土體,當水分入滲土體形成較大滲流力,可使 邊坡土砂崩滑規模較大,並形成較高土砂體積濃度(Cd)之運動土 體,並推論在適當之地形條件下可促使其以土石流之流態持續流動。This experiment was conducted with two kinds of homogeneous grain size composition and four kinds of slope with different hydraulic heads in sand-box. The purposes of this study were trying to analyze the influence of seepage on landslide and evaluate the conditions of debris flow occurrence that was triggered by the combination of seepage flow and other factors. And the results were obtained as follows : 1.The shape of the failure slope destroyed by seepage was almost circular arc under the homogeneous deposition. The relation between the landslide volume and the discharge of seepage flow is exponential. 2.An equation was derived for estimating the volume of landslide triggered by seepage as follows : ln(Vs/h^2)=3.90+2.50*ln(sinθi)+1.81*ln(n) 3.The larger porosity of slope was, the greater seepage force was yielded. Then, the larger scale of landslide was induced, and which mixed seepage water to form a higher concentration of fluid substance.
