Abstract
溶磷微生物可增進土壤固定性磷之有效性及磷礦石粉之肥效,研討土生性 磷性菌在台灣省農業上之應用已刻不容緩,本研究之目的即在研討土生性 磷細菌對土壤固定性磷、外加磷酸三鈣有效性之增加、及大豆生長之增進 應。溶磷細菌(P-3、P-78-1、Ca-44-3 及 Ca-49-4)接種於坋質粘壤土(名 其對原存在土壤中之固定性磷酸鹽及外加磷酸三鈣之溶磷能力,結果顯示 四株溶磷細菌在土壤中,均具溶解外加磷酸三鈣及固定性磷的能力,其 中 P-78-1 及 Ca-49-4 二菌株溶磷能力較佳,而 P-3 菌株對固定性磷溶 解能力則較差。不同土壤接種相同之溶磷細菌,所測得之水溶性磷含量隨 土壤類而異,試驗中以坋質壤土(和美,pH= 6.3)測得之水溶性磷量高於 坋質粘壤土(名間,pH= 5.2)。溶磷細菌溶解土壤中固定性磷及磷酸三鈣 達最大量,約發生在 24-72 小時(視菌種不同而有差異),嗣隨培養時間 的增加而減少,但溶磷菌數仍維持107-1010 cfu g -1 土。供試土壤經殺 菌後並接種磷細菌,發現二種供試土壤接種溶磷細菌後,所測得的水溶性 磷量均較未菌土高。施用磷礦石粉之杯栽大豆,接種溶磷細菌有助於葉片 對氮與磷的收,及土壤有效性磷的濃度,其中以坋質粘壤土(名間)之效益 優於坋質壤 (和美)。溶磷細菌中以 Ca-44-3 菌株之效應較其它三株菌為 明顯
