Abstract
风机异常必然伴随着振动,所以风机的振动状况是判定风机故障的重要指标。射流风机作为隧道内机电通风系统中的核心设备,承担着输送和调节空气或排除烟尘的重要作用。它的正常运转是隧道健康安全的重要保障,因此对其的运行状态监测和故障诊断具有重要意义。根据射流风机的结构及运行特点,从振动检测分析为基础,结合工程实际案例,利用现场监测振动频谱及数据,对风机日常使用中出现的振动异常现象进行分析诊断。针对机组振动异常情况提出改进措施和方案,以达到消除或减小风机异常振动的效果。 </jats:p
