Abstract
所谓“社会责任“,不止是媒体的自我设定,还是媒体与社会各界交往互动时的关系准则。在某种程度上,社会责任报告既是对此前的总结,更是就未来向管理部门和社会公众做出的公开承诺。笔者认为,媒体社会责任报告既是媒体报告,也是在报告媒体。据笔者的看法,所谓“媒体报告“,立足于对媒体的运作情况做出整体性的结构呈现;而“报告媒体“,则侧重就其间事件进行具象化的陈述。虽说两者都是必需,但如何将它们有效勾连,就势必涉及对自己是谁、社会是什么的判断。其间的认识,自然不需要都写出来,但从行文中仍能看出一些端倪。以此来衡量,笔者认为此次中国青年报社发布的报告在架构上甚是周密,因此在阐述上也就颇为流畅。该报告将“履行媒体社会责任意愿“设为专门板块。在这部分里,开篇就对自己的媒
