门诊做为医院面向社会、服务社会的第一个重要窗口,门诊工作的优劣、服务质量的高低是衡量整个医院管理水平的重要标志之一,它直接影响医院的管理和医疗质量,也影响医院的社会信誉和经济效益。随着医疗卫生体制改革的深入发展,民营医院的参与经营竟争,传统公立医院门诊就诊模式已不适应现代医院的发展,改革迫在眉睫。如何运用信息化手段,创建更人性化的门诊流程,减少患者的就诊环节,提高看病效率,是现代医院管理普遍关注的问题
