从碧水丹山到禅茶一味:论武夷茶种植文化的内核

悠久的茶史积淀了武夷茶种植的文化内核,这尤其体现在以下几个方面:首先,碧水丹山与茶树的牵手造就了源远流长、博大精深的武夷茶文化。第二,因为万里茶路始自武夷山下梅村,武夷山茶作为起点之茶被赋予至高品质、神圣光环和至尊地位。同时,万里茶路的兴起促进了武夷茶种植规模的扩大。第三,因为武夷茶的卓越名声,因为万里茶路、丝绸之路等贸易方式的影响,也因为饮茶习俗在异域的普及和盛行,武夷茶开始了向全世界跨境种植的征程,成为世界茶文化传播的重要祖源。第四,武夷茶种植与儒释道文化互动密切,这又昭示了武夷茶文化发展的种种可能。2012年度国家社科基金项目“边疆民族地区文化产业发展与少数民族特色文化保护研究(批准号:12XMZ057)研究成果之
