目的:评价头孢唑肟注射剂与头孢噻肟注射剂治疗下呼吸道感染的成本-效果。方法:运用药物经济学成本-效果分析法对头孢唑肟组(A组)和头孢噻肟组(b组)两种治疗方案进行回顾性分析评价。结果:A、b两组临床痊愈率和有效率分别为58.02%、53.42%和87.65%、84.93%,治愈每例患者所需药品的最小费用为2995±1605元和2413±1266元;以临床总有效率计C/E分别为34.39±18.43和28.30±14.85。结论:两组临床疗效相近,而费用差异有显著性,头孢唑肟组中药品费用较高,因此头孢噻肟组更具优势。OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of Ceftizoxime injection vs.Cefotaxime injection for lower respiratory tract infection.METHODS:The cost-effectiveness analytical method in pharmacoeconomics was employed for retrospective evaluation on Ceftizoxime injection(group A)vs.Cefotaxime injection(group B)in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection.RESULTS:For group A vs.group B,the clinical cure rate was 58.02% vs.53.42%,the total effective rate was 87.65% vs.84.93%,the minimum drug cost to cure each patient in the two groups were(2 995 ± 1 605)yuan vs.(2 413 ± 1 266)yuan,and the C/E(computed with clinical total effective rate)was(34.39±18.43)vs.(28.30±14.85).CONCLUSION:The two groups are similar in clinical efficacy but significantly different in drug cost.Cefotaxime group pose advantage in cost-effectiveness on account of its lower drug cost as compared with the ceftizoxime group)
