为提升图书馆服务,厦门市图书馆借鉴影视界、艺术界、建筑界等工作室建设经验,创建多种工作模式的工作室。文章对工作室建设的意义、主题的选择、运作规划、效益评估等方面进行探讨,提出工作室应结合当地特色及图书馆优势,选择主题和适合的工作模式,规划好近、中、长期工作目标,推动工作室深入发展。In order to improve library’s services and establish brand image,Xiamen Library uses the experiences of building studio from filmdom,art world and architecture for reference,establishes studios in different operating modes.This paper discusses the meaning of studio,its theme choice,operational planning,benefit evaluation,etc.The authors advocate that studio should choose the theme and the suitable operating mode by combining local characteristics with library’s advantages;work out short term,medium and long term plan to promote the further development of library studio
