C型、D型肉毒梭菌毒素的研究进展

Abstract
肉毒中毒(bOTulISM)是由肉毒梭菌(ClOSTrIdIuMbOTulInuM,下简称Cb)引起的,以中枢神经系统症状为主的一种人兽共患疾病,其发病是由Cb所产生的神经毒素所致。肉毒中毒可分为食物肉毒中毒,创伤肉毒中毒和婴儿肉毒中毒,其中婴儿肉毒中毒自1976年首次报道以来,已在除非洲外的各大陆皆有报告。虽然肉毒中毒以欧、美大陆发病较多,但我国不少省份也有发现,其死亡率较高,毒性强烈,仍应引起人们的高度重视。要防治肉毒中毒症,了解Cb毒素生成的生物学是非常重要的。根据Cb神经毒素的抗原特异性,可将Cb菌株分为A、b、C、d、E、f和g等7型,其产生的神经毒素分别为A、b、C_1、d、E、f和g等7种血清型。一般1菌株只产生1种神经毒素,少数可产生多种神经毒素,而有些菌株除产生神经毒素外,还可产生其他毒素。如C、d型菌株除分别产生C_1和d神经毒素外,还可产生两种AdP-核糖酰转移酶(AdP-rIbOSylTrAnSfErASE)C_2和C_3。关于早期肉毒梭菌神经毒素的研究结果,可参阅SugIyAMA的综述,本文重点介绍C、d型肉毒梭菌毒素的研究进展
