声表面波气体化学传感器是直接在压电晶体表面上紧密地镀上叉指形换能器、然后在间隔或整片基片上覆盖一层选择性薄膜。它的谐振频率为100~400MHz气体的测定灵敏度可达ng级,分延迟式及谐振式两种。由于声表面波器件对环境十分敏感,所以多采用在同一石英晶面做成双通道延迟谐振式,不同点仅在用作检测气体的一组空间镀上膜或在同一膜上渗入能吸附被测定气体的化合物,然后两组谐振频率进行混频,差示出由于物质吸
