提出了一种智能程控、可靠性高、结构简化、成本低廉、高度模块化和具有良好可扩展性的多功能化成系统,该系统用于组成新能源锂离子电池生产与研究的规模庞大的多功能化成物联网,着眼于解决传统化成和检测方法的低效率、可扩展性差和高误差率等缺陷。文章介绍了系统的基本功能、硬件构成与设计以及系统的软件设计,实践证明该系统能够在实际应用中大大提高化成的效率和分选的精确性
