Ion exchange solid phase extraction Combined with HPLC to test melamine in milk

Abstract

本文以混合型阳离子(MCX)固相萃取(SPE)小柱分离富集了牛奶提取液中的三聚氰胺,优化了固相萃取条件,复杂基质被有效去除,应用高效液相色谱(HPlC)法成功实现牛奶中三聚氰胺的检测,加标回收率接近90%。In this paper,MCX-SPE column was used to separate and enrich melamine from Milk,the situation of solid phase extraction was optimized,complex matrix was dislodged efficiently,Melamine in milk was detected successfully by the way of HPLC,recovery rate was about to90%.厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20110018)资
