Toxic Effects of Four Organic Pollutants on Thalassiosira pseudonana

Abstract

以藻类生长密度、叶绿素A含量和光合作用速率作为测定指标,研究了4种典型有机污染物(壬基酚、五氯苯、芘、菲)对假微型海链藻(THAlASSIOSIrA PSEudOnAnA)的急性毒性效应,结果显示这4种有机污染物对假微型海链藻均具有显著的毒性效应.根据生长的72 H-EC50值,相应的毒性强度依次为壬基酚(0.078 Mg/l)>芘(0.152 Mg/l)>五氯苯(0.195 Mg/l)>菲(1.720 Mg/l).同时,通过外推法获得各污染物的环境效应阈值,对我国近岸海域这4种污染物的环境风险进行初步分析.此外,还探讨了不同毒性效应参数的敏感性.The acute toxic effects of four organic pollutants(nonylphenol,pentachlorobenzene,pyrene and phenanthrene) on Thalassiosira pseudonana were examined using cell density,chlorophyll a content and photosynthetic rate of algae as the test endpoints.The results showed that all of the four organic pollutants have significant toxic effects on the algae.According to 72 h-EC50 of the algal growth,the order of toxicity of chemicals was nonylphenol(0.078 mg/L)>pyrene(0.152 mg/L)>pentachlorobenzene(0.195 mg/L)>phenanthrene(1.720 mg/L).Meanwhile,the environmental risk of the four pollutants in Chinese coastal waters were preliminary analyzed using predicted no-effect concentrations extrapolated from the toxicity data.Additionally,the sensibility of different toxicity parameters was also discussed.国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)(2007AA09Z126)项
