Microparticles of menthol/palmitic acid by PGSS technique

Abstract

用PgSS技术研究制备薄荷醇/棕榈酸的复合颗粒,研究了不同薄荷醇/棕榈酸组成,不同预膨胀温度和预膨胀压力下所制备的复合颗粒的粒径和粒径分布,并进行了薄荷醇释放速率的表征。结果表明,PgSS技术制备粒径为10~20μM的薄荷醇/棕榈酸微颗粒,在所研究范围内操作条件对制备的颗粒的大小和分布影响不大,但薄荷醇/棕榈酸的组成对薄荷醇释放速率有明显的影响。PGSS process was employed to prepare menthol/palmitic acid composite microparticles at several different compositions of menthol/palmitic acid,pre-expansion temperatures and preexpansion pressures.Microparticles produced were characterized by particle size,particle size distribution(PSD),and the rate of flavor release.From the results,the operation conditions have no evident effect on the microparticles(10—20μm),while the composition of menthol in the microparticles obviously affects the release of the flavor.中国烟草总公司重大专项项目(11020092021
