客车内饰件对侧翻仿真结果的研究

Abstract
为研究内饰件在客车侧翻运动过程中能量吸收的比例,常规做法往往是先建立完整的整车有限元模型,运用lS-dynA软件进行计算,再用lS-PrEPOST前后处理器来统计内饰件吸收的能量。这种正向做法会导致计算时间过长或由于材料参数、变形体预变形、连接方式等与实际不一致,使仿真结果与试验不符。文章依据试验结果,利用反求法来求出整车内饰件吸收的能量比例,在进行侧翻仿真分析的时候只需考虑车身骨架及外部蒙皮吸收的能量即可。验证结果表明,采用此方法会减少有限元模型数量、节省建模和计算时间,达到事半功倍的效果,且仿真结果与试验也较吻合
