The Concept Change and Organization Construction of Faculty Development in China

Abstract

理念决定着大学教师发展实践探索与组织建设的方向。我国大学教师发展理念正在经历三重转变:一是性质上由补偿性发展向提升性发展过渡,二是内容上由泛指的教师一般发展向教师教学发展深化,三是组织上从分散的行政管理部门职能向专业的学术服务机构转型。基于教师发展的现状及新理念的萌芽,加强大学教师发展的组织建设成为回应大学教师发展理念转变的当务之急。我国大学教师发展组织需通过推进教师发展组织自身的专业化、实现教师发展组织建设的系统化、提升教师发展组织建设的科学化等三条路径来进行有针对性的变革,以实现组织建设与创新。The practice exploration and organization construction of faculty development is guided by its concept.The concept of faculty development in China is going through three shifts: the first is from compensatory development to promotion development in nature, the second is from focusing on general development to teaching development, and the third is transforming from scattered administrative management functions to professional academic service organization.Based on the current situation of faculty development, strengthening the organization construction becomes urgent in response to the concept changes.In order to achieve the organization construction and innovation objectives, the faculty development organization in China should promote its own professionalization, systematize its organization construction, and make it more scientific.教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地2014年度重大项目“大学教师发展的理念、内涵、方式与动力”(项目编号:14JJD88003
