Abstract

苯甲醛与氯仿在fAP存在下加成三氯甲基苄醇(Ⅰ),不经分离直接与醋酐在室温于催化剂dMAP存在下酰化,得85%产率的结晶玫瑰(Ⅱ)。Abstract In the presence of FAP,benzaldehyde react-ed with chloroform to give trichloromethyl-ben-zyl-alcohol(Ⅰ),which was acelylated with Ac_2Oimmediately in the presence of catalytic amountsof DMAP at room temperature to give 85 %Rosone(Ⅱ)
