Research of the Supply Mechanism of Basic Urban Public Services in the Theoretical Perspective of a "Risk Society"—Taking the City of Xiamen as an Example
在“风险社会“的时代背景下,加强城市基本公共服务供给,保障基本公共服务供给效果,不仅能够预防各种风险的发生,也能在风险发生后将危害降至最低程度。同时,通过“风险社会“的视阀来研究城市基本公共服务供给机制问题,也有助于深化基本公共服务供给的研究,推进“服务型“政府建设。在总结、借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,结合“风险社会“理论,重新构建城市基本公共服务供给机制,进行相关制度设计,具有方法论的创新意义。Under the background of a "risk society",strengthening the city's supply of basic public services and protecting the effectiveness of the supply of basic public services not only can prevent the occurrence of various risks,but also can minimize the danger of the risks after they happened.In the same way,studying the supply mechanism of basic urban public services by the "Risk society" perspective can help to deepen the supply of basic public services research,and promote the building of a "service-oriented" government.Based on the summary and results of previous studies,and combined with the "risk society" theory,the research is of an innovative significance for rebuilding the supply mechanism of basic urban public services and designing the associated system
