Abstract

广州管圆线虫(Angiostrongyluscantonensis)依靠软体动物作为其中间宿主,并以啮齿类动物等作为其终宿主完成其整个生活史。人类是广州管圆线虫的偶然宿主,因误食其感染性L3而引起广州管圆线虫病,其可入侵人体并停留在中枢神经系统,引起嗜酸性粒细胞增多性脑膜脑炎。近年来,广州管圆线虫病作为一种新发的传染病正受到越来越多的重视。但是我们对此寄生虫的了解仍然比较欠缺,对一些与其寄生生活相关的基因更是知之甚少,对这些基因的研究包括了基因全长的克隆,序列的比对,各期虫体基因表达量的测定,目的蛋白的免疫组化等。这些都有助于我们进一步研究该基因并将之应用于广州管圆线虫病的防治中。 寄生虫半...Angiostrongylus cantonensiscompletes its whole life cycle by using Mollusca as its intermediate host and Glires as its final host.
