Establishment of axenic algal culture of bloom causing alga and study on a specific algae-lysing microorganism

Abstract

赤潮是一种严重的全球性海洋灾害,对公众健康、海洋环境、水产业和自然资源造成了严重负面影响。由于目前治理赤潮采取的物理和化学手段都存在着一些弊端,而生物防治方法因为有着安全、经济、高效等特点受到关注,特别是利用微生物方法治理赤潮受到学者们的广泛关注。 本论文探索了固体平板培养藻的方法;改良了藻培养液除菌技术,成功获得了三株无菌的藻培养体系;利用双层平板法从厦门海域分离到了一株能裂解三角褐指藻的溶藻微生物——PTV1,利用三角褐指藻的无菌培养体系纯化了PTV1,并对其进行了鉴定;探索了其溶藻方式、溶藻范围及保藏方法;考察了PTV1的溶藻抑藻效果;研究了PTV1的溶藻过程及条件;获得的主要结果如下...As a severe cosmopolitan oceanic disaster, Harmful algal blooms (HABs) pose significant adverse impacts on public health, marine environment, aquaculture and natural resources.
